I’ve been a bit quiet lately. Sorry.
It’s just my creative juices have been flowing, just not in the writing funny stuff way. Instead I’ve been getting my crafting groove on and not in a naughty crafty sort of way. I know, I was just as surprised as you.
I decided to give crochet a go. Two weeks later, I’ve made my daughter a strawberry hat and handbag.
And Hermione the Unicorn.
Also in those two weeks I noticed a discrepancy in the superhero costumes at my son’s preschool – there was no batman – so I decided to make my own. The costumes they have are quite flimsy and I doubt they will last very long, so I put my thinking cap on and came up with these.
And because I love you all so much, I’ve created a tutorial so you can make your own superhero outfits. Perhaps you too could make some to donate to a playgroup, pre-school or anywhere that children gather to play.
